Online Order Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

In Store Sale Return Policy

If you have purchased an item in-store, we only offer exchanges for either a JP Sports merchant gift card or another item in the store. 

Unwashed, Unworn, Undamaged Merchandise with tags attached and in the original packaging may be exchanged for a merchant gift card within 30 days of the original purchase with an original receipt at any JP Sports retail location.

Merchandise may be defined as damaged and not acceptable for exchange if the item: smells off-putting, has stains or animal hair, is stretched from original shape, is ripped, or in any way differs from the original sale condition.

The acceptability of any item for exchange is at the discretion of the employee making the transaction and any item may be refused for exchange for any of the aforementioned reasons.

Damaged merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days if item was unknowingly purchased damaged or was faulty. After 30 days JP Sports is not responsible for damaged merchandise and the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Missing Items
If an item was missing from an order, customer must contact one of our customer care specialists directly by email at jpsports@jpsports.net within 5 days of the receipt of purchase. Shipping and packaging information must be provided so that our specialists can review the problem to further resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item sent
If returning a damaged, defective or wrong item sent, customers must contact our customer care specialists by email at jpsports@jpsports.net within 5 days of the receipt of the purchase so that our specialists can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the damaged, defective or wrong item has been returned to JP Sports. We guarantee all of our products against defects and damages, and we will work within our manufacturer's warranty policies. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jpsports@jpsports.net and send your item to: JP Sports ATTN: Administrative Department 2323 Del Prado Blvd S, Unit# 10, Cape Coral FL 33990, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: JP Sports ATTN: Administrative Department 2323 Del Prado Blvd S, Unit# 10, Cape Coral FL 33990, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
